📋 Orientation

Week 1: Rapport building, resume development, obtaining ID, bus pass distribution, program rules & handbook review

Week 2: Youth may go out independently as long as they return by curfew; public transportation support as needed
✅ Eligibility & Case Considerations

Accepted on a case-by-case basis: sexual behaviors, aggression, pyromania (evaluated individually)
-
Not appropriate for: active pyromania or youth needing acute psychiatric care/hospitalization or not ready for ILP basics.
📞 Referral Requirements
Referrals come from the State of Oregon Probation and Parole officers.
Referrals must include:

Reformation plan
-
OYA (Risk Need Assessment (RNA)

Current & previous treatment recommendations

Parole/probation conditions
-
Juvenile court orders
-
Social & family histories
